Scope
This privacy policy applies to all training, courses, examinations, events, bookings and measures (hereinafter referred to as courses or events) organised by !Biku GmbH& Co KG, !Biku International GmbH and !Biku MTI Mag. Flatschart KG and for which personal data is processed.

Information on data collection
Your personal data is collected by us electronically and, in connection with the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations towards you as a course participant, only directly from you or via your employer if he/she registers you for a course or event. We collect your personal data either in connection with the preparation of cost estimates, registration for our courses or events, to make bookings, take out travel insurance or in connection with our newsletters. These are the following types of data: title, first name and surname, occupation, social security number, delivery address (office and/or home address), any different billing address, landline/mobile phone number, fax number, e-mail address, passport details. If necessary, additional information on catering requirements and allergies (insofar as this is necessary for the booking/accommodation and catering of customers). For registrations via companies, the company name, contact person(s) including contact details are also recorded.

Information regarding consent and withdrawal of consent
By registering/booking for events or courses, you have given us a declaration of consent regarding data processing and data use. You can revoke this consent at any time and in any form (office@biku.at). If you have provided us with an email address, we will send mailings in connection with the organisation, implementation and, if applicable, documentation of the course or event - until revoked - by electronic mail to the email address and, if applicable, mobile phone number provided to us. We will also use the e-mail address you have provided to us - until further notice - to inform you about our courses and other events by means of a newsletter. This is exclusively subject to the condition that we have received the relevant address data directly from you in connection with the registration for the provision of our services and that, despite our information about your right to object at any time, you have not objected to this form of mailing either at the time of collection of your personal data or at a later date. In addition, we also give you as the addressee of the newsletter the opportunity to object to office@biku.at each time we send you the newsletter. A revocation has no effect on the legality of the use of the data concerned up to this point in time.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
All personal data is processed by us confidentially and using appropriate data security measures. Disclosure of personal data of course participants and customers to third parties takes place exclusively for the fulfilment of contractual obligations to external service providers (tour operators, travel insurance, service providers) as well as for the fulfilment of legal obligations in the tax and duty system, in connection with subsidies to funding bodies and only to the extent necessary for this purpose (invoice or bank data, name, address, social security number, etc.). Storage period
We will delete the personal data of course participants and customers of the course attendance confirmations and certificates issued by us as soon as this data is no longer required for the fulfilment of the above-mentioned purposes and for our own purposes.
Right to object & data erasure
If a course participant objects only to the processing of individual categories of data relating to him/her (e.g. e-mail address) for the purpose of direct information about our courses and other events or if he/she withdraws consent to a specific form of sending/information for such purposes, this will be complied with immediately - insofar as this is technically possible - by limiting the processing accordingly. If a course participant or customer requests the deletion of his/her data, this will be done immediately, provided that there are no contractual or legal obligations to the contrary. We will inform the course participant immediately about the measure taken.
Right to information & complaint
All course participants and customers have the right to information about the personal data concerning him/her which we are currently processing and - if applicable in individual cases - to correction of incorrect data, to restriction of processing or to deletion of any unlawfully processed data. In the event of a violation of the aforementioned rights, course participants have the option of lodging a complaint with the data protection authority.
Personal data
Personal data that you transmit electronically on this website, such as your name, email address, address or other personal details, will only be used by us for the purpose stated in each case, stored securely and not passed on to third parties. The provider automatically collects and stores information on the web server such as the browser used, operating system, referring page, IP address, time of access, etc. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person without checking other data sources and we do not analyse this data further as long as there is no illegal use of our website.
Form data
When website visitors leave form entries, the data entered and their IP addresses are stored.
